The Antique French Limestone Block FI102-11.I is a heavy, pentagonal structure built from five thick, individual segments of raw limestone. The segments are cut with angled faces that lock together to form a central, open-bottomed cavity. This low-profile, geometric frame uses the sheer mass of hand-hewn stone to define its physical presence.

The limestone carries a rugged, weathered palette of pale sand, dusty beige, and cool earth-grey. The exterior faces show heavy, original tool marks and coarse pitting, while the corners and top edges are blunted and uneven from decades of exposure.
