French Antique Mile Marker

A French antique mile marker brings an unusual piece of roadside history into the landscape, with a tall limestone form that still carries the markings and weathering of its former setting. The stone has a pale gray and muted beige surface, with areas of soft green moss and faint reddish pigment adding color across the weathered face.
