Product Description
A long, narrow French antique limestone trough, 73 1/2 inches in length, 19 3/4 inches from front to back and 14 1/2 inches high. The proportions are those of a feed trough meant to run along a wall, which is exactly how it sits best now. It is one block of French limestone, weathered over a long working life, with the softened rim, pitting and staining that come with age; we will send close photographs so you can see its color and condition.
A trough this long makes a planted border at the base of a wall, a run of herbs along the edge of a kitchen garden, or a long still basin under a row of spouts in a courtyard.
This limestone trough is in our yard in Marina Del Rey; come and see it, or ask for photographs and a delivered price.
